Thank you so much for everything that you do and have put together. I haven’t gotten to really dive into everything that you offer (i.e. the facebook group, your free guide, etc), but just knowing that it’s there is so comforting. I almost cried as I was listening to this podcast because it was so nice to hear that I wasn’t the only one with my SPECIFIC struggles. It gave me hope and encouragement to KNOW there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve been a junk food junkie my WHOLE life, so even though I know how I’m SUPPOSED to eat for my quality of life to begin, I struggle SO HARD. I know that we need to eat to live and not live to eat, but it is what it is. When you’ve lived your whole life with food being your JOY in life, it’s a HUGE battle with depression when you have to strip all of that away. *big sigh* I look forward to listening to more podcasts and reading posts by the many in your group. I keep praying for help and resources. I know that you are most definitely one of the answers to my prayers. I can’t wait to help others like me after I triumph as a warrior.

Question…have you heard of Markus Rothkranz (a raw foodist) or Dr Steven Gundry (popular for his anti lectin plant paradox diet)? I’d love for you to interview them or just share your thoughts.

Hi James – Yes, symptoms all over the map come about during healing, depending on where the infection is rooted in your body. Where the lymph nodes are most overworked and swollen. The skin helps out all over all the time.

How is it going with the castor oil? Castor oil is saving my skin, especially my lower legs with the castor oil wraps. My skin is healing beautifully btw. How is your skin healing?
